This exercise begins at the entrance to
If you have not yet crossed the bridge, pause for a moment and look behind you.
Proceed over the bridge. You can park in front of the chapel or on any of the cemetery roads—do use caution so as not to run over any of the markers.
If you started inside the cemetery, walk to the crest of the bridge and observe the surrounding areas.
Stand in between the chapel and the cottage and take a look around you.
As you make your way around the cemetery, take notes on what surprises you, your emotions, your reactions and your reflections.
Although you can make your way around the cemetery by car if necessary, the feel of the cemetery is best experienced on foot.
Momento Mori---remember death! What better place to be reminded of the benefits of exercise!
Begin your rounds by crossing over and reading the large metal sign on the corner closest to the cottage. Take a look at the cottage and the area that surrounds it. Your tour will begin to the left.
